Spromak Ltd was established in 1982 to produce reinforced branch fittings and flanged branch fittings (O'lets) to the Petrochemical, Oil and Gas industries from its base in Huyton, Liverpool. The manufacturing capabilities have grown over the years with the company now able to boast a wide product range, all machined on the latest CNC equipment. The introduction of superior production facilities has allowed us to improve on the product quality and helped us to meet ever-increasing customer demands as well as achieving ISO 9002 quality approval in 1990.

Inspection by the quality control department ensures the high standard of manufacture in a day to day production is maintained. All fittings are fully certified and identified numerically.

The branch outlet fittings are manufactured from ¼" nominal bore upwards, to make full size and reduced size connections. They are produced as :BUTTWELD OUTLETS, SOCKETWELD OUTLETS, THREADED OUTLETS, NIPPLE OUTLETS AND LATERAL OUTLETS. Full test data and proof calculations are available on request. These fittings are designed to meet design requirements of reinforced branch connections to the following specifications:
ASME/ANSI B31.1 USA Standard Code for pressure piping, power piping.
ASME/ANSI B16.9 USA Standard for steel buttwelding fittings.
BS.5500 British Standard specification for fusion welded pressure vessels.
ASME Boiler and pressure vessel codes section 1 and section VIII Div. 1 and 2.
ASME/ANSI B31.3 USA Standard Code for pressure piping, chemical plant and petroleum refinery piping.
